Soul: Welcome to our meeting again, hope everyone's had a good week and staying out of the heat. Thank you to those who came, for those that didn't encourage more to come
Alee:
-had a good time on our raid last week
-flex groups min ilvl 525
-so we can speed through and get done
-if you don't have that item lvl yet let us know so we can go timeless or dungeons so we can get you geared
-we tried monday raid night didn't have enough people signed up
-so mystic put up an actual raid night for thursday and that worked very well
-what we're hoping to do is keep the thursday time; try to come a few minutes early
-watch calender and sign up for times if you want to raid with us
-going to start doing flex 1 in two-two and a half hours and clear it
-we're going to do this until we have flex 1 on farm so we can clear it consistently
-then we will start working and progressing with the other raids
Soul:Gnome (Warrior & Priest)
-the other night we ran that raid
-good job to Papa and Angier for calling the fights
-everything went smooth, fights were explained as quick as possible
-would like to see a lot more new faces to the raids if we can get them
PVP: nothing new
Tefnet: Events
--These events can consist of, not necessarily raiding, or at least current expansion wise, but a variety of things
-We do these as a way to have fun and just lay back, for the most part
-It's also a way for us to include our members who may not have level 90 characters yet, depending on the events
-The first event we did was Death From Above
-Everyone stripped down to their tabards and then we all flew, or rode, to high up over the busiest of Orgimmar and dismounted, falling to our deaths. Did this a couple times and had fun confusing many a horde player
-The next one was the Naked Booty Bay Run
-We ran in nothing but our tabards from the gates of Stormwind down to Booty Bay; no mounts, items, no speed boosts what so ever
-While we were working out some kinks as we went, for the most part it was interesting and fun; we even had a Horde join us for the majority of the way down and back up
-For our next event, we have a few possible ideas: Scavenger Hunt, Gathering Contest, Naked Classic Dungeon or Raid Runs, Hide n Seek, Drunk Raiding, No 90s Day, or even possibly repeat a past event
-Send Tefnet an in-game mail about which one you would like to do next so Livacious, Daallia, and her can figure out the times and refine the rules
-I have gotten with Mystic about putting up a poll on the website for people to choose which event to do next and I well let everyone know when that is up
-We try to do these events every other week to maybe once a month
-If you have an idea for a future event send an in-game mail to Livacious, Daallia, or Tefnet and they will try to come up with the rulings and what not
Soul: Guild Achievements
-Still trying to do Stay Classy for our 8th guild bank tab
-Still Need: Gnome: Warrior and priest, Dwarf: Rogue, warrior, death knight, warlock, monk, Pandaren: rogue and priest
-If you are working on these let soul or mystic know their lvl and what rep they are with the guild
-Just recently got critter kill
-Fishing in Pandaria achievement
-Getting really close to the Pandaren herb achievement
Bristine: Guild Bank Status
-currently at 68k g
-got 2190g by cash flow
-items we need: voluntary: golden lotus, trillium and or living steel (ore or bars), ghost iron ore or bars, uncut raid gems, enchant mats
-thank you for keeping the grays out
Alee: AH Flipping
-decided as a guild to utilize our money to start making money on the AH, started last week
-Maybe start getting a couple others on board since Alee is only available for this during the summer
-looking a couple times a day under various things (cloth, leather, herbs, ore), anything 25% of its normal price buying up and reposting
-Made about 2k g this week
-also keeping things stocked in guild back if found really cheap, especially lower lvl stuff for guildies who are lvling toons and professions
-if you want any of the stuff out of guild bank you can take it, just try to replace it with something similar
-that's why were down 5k
-going to start using guild gold to buy door prizes and such
-Ghostironore is the toon name to send if you wan to attribute
Optimization: Soul
-If you have any questions about your toon get with Asysz or Papa or someone like that
-Its mainly if you want to optimize your toon to get the most dmg/heals
Grey:
-only had an issues between a couple of our members over a mine steal
-When you are going running up to a mine or the shrine buff look and make sure that the other person running up isn't in our guild
-mostly a misunderstanding
-they talked it out
Bristine:
-just because your 90 doesn't mean you can look down at people who aren't 90
Soul:
-Remember you were once in their shoes before at their low lvl
-I don't wanna hear anything like that again
Soul: Guild Website and Vent
-if you see members with WV on their notes please remind them to go to the website to reg/apply and then to see mystic to register on vent
-even if you don't have a mic you can still listen
-make sure you whisper them don't say it out loud in vent
-be sure to remind that if you want to be promoted you need to register/apply
Soul: Promotions:
-Knight: Leadership → Blameyouido: assisting with new recruits
Open Floor:
-How to beta key contest: Wowhead
-Anything new with Beta testing? One of biggest changes took bag changes out, you cant assign what goes in a bag. Shaman changes: no more weapon imbue, its become a combat button; the changes have been as smooth as hunter changes. New zones aren't open, stuck on lvl 92. Dungeons not stable yet.
Soul: let everyone else know that doesn't know what goes on in our guild and encourage others to attend
-We'll see about getting an event set up friday 10pm server time for Beta test questions
-If you see Blame on give her a gratz on her promotions
-Would like to see more people getting promoted
